This early thirties Japanese cartoon from YouTube is called "Norakuro", and is about a cartoon cat's struggle with a band of villains who want to steal a piece of technology a professor's developed.
The cartoon is silent, with music and spoken narration(in Japanese only, with no sub-titles, sorry)recently added on.
